Ingredients for shahi paneer
Onions- half cup chopped
Green chilli- according to ur taste
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tablespoon
Garam masala- half tablespoon
Salt- according to your taste
Method for shahi paneer
First of all, we add one tablespoon ghee to a pan and heat it for 2 min.
Then we add cashews, green cardamon, almonds. Fry until it becomes lightly golden in colour.
Now we add cubed onions, green chilli and fry them for at least 1-2 minutes.
Then we fry the paneer lightly in ghee. Now we add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes off.
Now we have to add the onion cashew paste, chilli powder, garam masala., turmeric and salt.
Make them fry for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Now pour ½ to ¾ cup of water into it. Now cook till the gravy thickens.
Then add paneer slices into them and cook for 3 minutes. Now we transfer Shahi paneer to a serving bowl.
Now, in the end, we garnish with cream or coriander leaves.
