Ingredients for paneer pulao
1 teaspoon oil
3 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoons chopped ginger
3 tablespoon tomato puree
1-2 tablespoon green chilli paste
1 cup rice, soaked for 1 hour and drained
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
salt according to ti your taste
A pinch of sugar
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon curds (dahi)

Method for paneer pulao
Firstly put oil and butter into the pressure cooker and heat it.
now we Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for at least 4-5 minutes or till the onions turn into little brown colour.
now we have to Add the ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute on a medium flame for another 1-2 minute.
Add the tomato puree and saute it at least for 1 minute.
then we have to add rice and saute for at least 1-2 minutes.
now add the paneer cubes and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Then add 2 cups of hot water, sugar, garam masala, salt and curds, mix it well and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Now your paneer pulao is ready to serve.
Serve it hot garnished with coriander and chilli sauce.
