Kadai paneer is related to the India. It is made up of the mixture of the Indian spices and the paneer cubes.
Firstly deep fry paneer cubed in oil and then add all species together and make this easy popular Indian dish
which was almost cooked in everyone house. Today I am telling you easiest way to how you can make this dish at home in the
tastiest way.

Ingredients

1 1/2- cups paneer cut into cubes
Oil for deep-frying
1 tablespoon oil
1-2 teaspoon-chilli powder
1 teaspoon-coriander powder
1/2 cup – chopped onions

1/4 teaspoon- turmeric powder
1 teaspoons – cumin seeds(jeera)
1/2 teaspoon- garam masala
1/4 teaspoon- fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1/2 cup capsicum
Salt according to your taste
A pinch of sugar
1/2 fresh cream

For The Garnish

1 tablespoon chopped coriander

Timing

Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins
Total Time: 50 mins

Firstly put kadai on gas burner add some oil on it then heat it, add paneer cubes and make them deep fry until they turn slightly brown in colour.
Then drain paneer cubes on absorbent paper and place in warm water for at least 8 minutes.

Now again put kadhai on a gas burner and heat oil then add the chopped onions and saute on a medium flame until they turn translucent at least for 3 to 4 minutes.

Then we have to add the coriander-cumin seeds powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves and saute on a medium flame for at least minute.

Now Add the chopped capsicum and mix it well and cook on a medium flame for at least 2 to 3 minutes.

then we have to Add the fry cube paneer, salt according to your taste and cook on a medium flame for another 3 to 5 minutes.

In the end, add the cream mix it well and serve ho kadai paneer garnished with coriander.
you can serve it with chapatis, fried rice, naan.
