chicken manchurian

Chicken Manchurian basically is a Chinese dish. But now it is a most popular dish in India.  Manchurian dishes are of many types but mostly vegetable Manchurian and chicken Manchurian are one of the most popular dishes from India.  this dish is mostly like by all peoples. mainly this dish originated from China. but Indian people give this dish their own traditional taste by mixing Indian commonly use spices.

Ingredients to make Chicken Manchurian

500 grams boneless chicken
2 teaspoon Cornflour
2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1 egg
Oil as required to fry
Salt as per required
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/3 teaspoon crushed green chilies
1/3foodfoodrecipe teaspoon crush chilli pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger
chopped cilantro/coriander
250 ml chicken stock
15 ml soya sauce
1/3 teaspoon ajinomoto
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tbsp of cornflour mixed with water
60 ml water
Spring onions  for garnish

How to make Chicken Manchurian

Put all ingredients together into a bowl and mix it well- corn flour, flour, salt, pepper along with the beaten egg.Then we have to mix this mixer properly.
Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture one by one. Fry the chicken in a pan or kadai with heated oil, until they become golden brown in color.

Heat oil in a pan then fries the garlic and ginger until they become brown in color. This is the first step to make the Manchurian sauce.
Next, add in the green chilies and cilantro leaves. Make it fry for 1-2 minutes.

Low the gas burner and add in the chicken stock, soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and Ajinomoto. Let this simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes.
now we add corn flour and mixed with water and make them boil. Now we have to do put the fried chicken into the Manchurian sauce and cooked it for 5-6 minutes.

In the end
serve chicken Manchurian into a plate and garnish with onions or mayonnaise sauce or
Serve with steam/fried rice or noodles.
