For Marinate
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbs
Curd- 1tbsh
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbs
Red chilli powder- upto you
Garam masdala-half tbs
Salt- according to you

Other ingredients

Chicken- half kg
Basmati rice- 2 cup
Tomato- 1 medium size
Salt- according to your taste
Curd- 2tbs
Ginger paste- 1to2 tbs
Red chilli powder- Upto you
Jeera- half tbs
Cardamon- 5 to 6
Cloves- 5 to 6
Coriander- little bit
Onion- 1 large size
Oil- 2tbs

First for to make chicken biryani we add chicken,garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala, 3 tablespoon curd and salt according to your requirement into a pot.
Now we have to mix them very well. Now its upto to you how much time you want to marinate the mixture. More time you marinate chicken will much more
soften. If you dont have to much longer time to marinate. Marinate at least for 30min to 1hour. Now we have to wash rice. You have to take good quality of rice
and soak it for 20-40 minutes. Now we have to add jeera,cardamon,cloves until they become golden brown in colour. Now we have to add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2
minutes. Now we add marinate chicken. Now we add coriander, pudina, chopped tomato, red chilli powder and curd 1tbs. Now we have to mix all our ingredients and cooked it for 2-4 minutes.
Now we have to add biryani masala or garam masala. Now add cups water with little bit salt. Now we have to add our drained rice and stir. Now we cover it and cooked
it on a medium flame until the rice is fully cooked. If you are cooking in a pressure cooker, cooked it for 3 to 5 miutes on the low flame.
Now your chicken biryani ready. And now your chicken biryani  its ready to serve.

Sabse pehle chicken biryani ko banane ke liye hum chicken ko marinate karenge. Marinate karne ke liye sabse pehle ek bartan mai chicken ko dale phr usme lehsun ka paste mialye. Uske

baad usme thodi lal mirch milaye phir thoda  garam masala milaye aur phir 2 chamach dahi milaye or upar se apne anusar namak mila de. Ab is mixture

ko ache se mila lijiye.  Ab aap is mixture ko aap jitna der tak marinate hone ke liye chodenge utna acha hi iska swad aayega. Agar aapke pass time kam hai to aap is mixture ko kam se kam 1 ghante ke liye to jarur rakhiye warna kam se kam 7-8 ghanta fridge mai rakhne ke baad istamal kare.  Marinate hone ke baad ab hume chawal ko ache se dhona hai paani mai. chawal ko ache se wash kar ke sukha le. Ab gas pe ek pan rakhe ya pressure cooker bhi rakh sakte hai. Ab pan mai thoda oil dale. Oil thoda garam hone ke baad  jeera,  elaichi, long ko dale or fry kare. Jabh inka rang golden brown ho jaye tabh isme hume adrak or lehsun ka paste dalna hai. Ab is mixture ko 1-2  minutes ke liye pakai. Ab isme jo chicken humne marinate hone ke liye rakha tha use milana hai.  Ab isme dhaniya, pudhina, kate hue tamatar, kate hue pyaj, laal mirch aur 2 chamach dahi milaye. Ab is sare mixture ko ache se mila le or 4-5 minutes tak pakai.  Ab isme biryani masala or garam masala milaye. Ab isme 3 cup paani ke daale or ache se milaye. Ab isme chawal milaye or namak apne anusar se dale. Ab tabh tak is mixture ko pakai jabh tak ache se sara paani suklh nhi jata. Ab 4-5 minutes tak ise cook kare.  Ab aapki chicken biryani tayar hai ab aap ise bowl ya plate mai parsoh sakte hai.
